Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach.
  • 1/2 cucumber.
  • 1/2 chopped pineapple.
  • 1 small apple.
  • 1 thumb size knob ginger, peeled.
  • 2 sprigs of mint.
  • 1 cup coconut water.
  • 1/2 lime juice.
  • 1/2 cup of ice.
  • 1 cup of water.

Put all your ingredients into a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a couple of glasses and garnish with sliced mint and lime. Great for sharing with your partner or best friend!!
